Sesame Semolina Sourdough

A huge favorite of ours, this semolina sourdough is everything you want in a daily loaf.  Semolina flour is typically used in pasta but has a wonderful effect on the final outcome of this bread.  Sesame seeds are added on top of the loaf to enhance the somewhat mellow flavor of this flour.  This loaf is raised using a natural wheat leaven and has a hint of sourdough on the end.
