This Italian Christmas bread is a holiday classic. Everything about this bread is special, from the elaborate 3 day process it takes to make it, to the incredible ingredients that are used to create the unbeliveable flavor. This bread is so light and airy that we have to hang it upside down to cool! It is stuffed with candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, raisins, zest, honey, and our very best vanilla beans. Finally, we top this loaf with a lovely chocolate glaze, pearl sugar and slivered almonds. This bread is as magical to display as it is to eat!
