This Italian Christmas bread is a holiday classic. Everything about this bread is special, from the intrecite 3 day process it takes to make it, to the incredible ingredients that are used to create the unbeliveable flavor. This bread is so light and airy that we have to hang it upside down to cool! It is stuffed with 2 different types on incredible chocolates and a wonderful cocoa nib prailine and then we top it with a lovely chocolate glaze, pearl sugar and slivered almonds. This loaf is as magical to display as it is to eat!
